Covid-19 Policy

When we first created this company at the start of 2021, our vision was to build a flourishing sauna community. While for some sauna is a time of tranquil relaxation, it can also provide an opportunity to foster new relationships in a comfortable social environment. This is still our goal, but our public sauna events are currently on hold. For now, we are offering a chance to book your own private sauna time and relax with your friends and family.

  1. Cleanliness:
    We have a strict cleaning protocol in the sauna. The sauna and lobby are cleaned and sanitized after each session, and we use EPA approved cleaning agents. The extremely high temperature of a quality sauna is also a very harsh environment for the virus to survive. We are continuing our protocols with further diligence following the guidelines provided by the NC Dept of Health https://covid19.ncdhhs.gov/guidance and the CDC .

  2. Private Sessions Only:
    Our business has never been solely built up on scale of more people in a hot room. Rather, our experiences are about quality. We want to provide the highest quality sauna, even if it for just one person. From launch, until further notice, we have decided to provide private bookings for all guests. When you book with us you close out the space for only you and your group of up to six. Our bookings are still be charged per person, but with the added assurance that you will only be with your people. You are welcome to book for just one or up to six of your closest friends and family members.

  3. Research:
    Keeping it factual. There is lots of confusing and misleading information about the COVID-19 virus. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SAUNA AS AN ANTIDOTE TO COVID-19. What we do know is that sauna use does have beneficial impacts on your health and well being. It is a preventive measure, along with a healthy diet and exercise.   4. Masks:
    For our unvaccinated guests, masks will be required when in the changing room and lobby area, but not in the heated sauna room or while outdoors.

  5. Cancellations:
    Our cancellation policy has been relaxed in order to accommodate anyone not feeling well. Please contact us immediately and we will cancel your booking, no questions asked with a full refund.
